IAHP-FI is an independent, global nonprofit organization and professional community that brings together healthcare professionals, scientists, researchers, academics, students, and allies from different countries and backgrounds. What unites us is a shared commitment to the freedom and future of Iran, and the belief that sustainable progress in health, science, medicine, education, and technology can flourish only in a society founded on freedom, democracy, secularism, human dignity, the rule of law, human rights, and scientific independence.

​We believe that Iran’s future lies neither in a return to hereditary monarchy and one-person rule nor in the continuation of religious government. Our vision is of a free, secular, and democratic Iran in which political authority derives from the freely expressed will of its citizens—and no individual, dynasty, religious institution, or foreign power stands above the will of the people or the rule of law. Guided by the lessons of Iran’s history, IAHP-FI remains firmly committed to its intellectual, scientific, and organizational independence.
